So what is a "Metatarsal Arch Support?"
The metatarsal bones are the long bones that extend down from your ankle to the base of the toes. As the arch flattens out, the angle of the metatarsal bones drop. This puts excessive pressure on each dropped metatarsal head and changes the angle of the metatarsal toe joint. 

Our Metatarsal Supports provide a built-in arch support, which helps to raise the dropped metatarsal bones, and relieve and prevent a number of common foot problems, including bunions, hard skin at the front of the sole, a burning sensation in the forefoot, sensitivity to pressure, cramps and pain in the arch.
