Return Instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully, before returning your shoes. All refunds or exchanges will be processed when the returned shoes are received. (For full return policies & restrictions, please see FAQs page.) Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original order ship date ONLY.
If emailing us with a question on a return, please include your Order # and the name or style # of the shoe you are returning, in your email.
NOTE: ORDERS RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE! Please contact us BEFORE returning shoes if you have ANY questions on the return process.
How to return Classic Shoes:
(Classic shoes are identified by a 6-digit number, or a "TK-" prefix. Example "Ladies 161503" OR "Ladies TK001".) Classic shoes may be returned for exchange or refund (minus shipping), except for Clearance Items. Refund requests on returns of more than 1 pair at a time will be subject to a $10/pair restocking fee, after the first pair. (Fee is not applicable on exchanges -- see FAQs page for full policy).
Classic shoes should be returned to the return address on the box (should be a "WA" state address). Please include a copy of the order invoice, and a note requesting refund or exchange. If exchanging, please note style #, color, heel height, and size you wish to exchange for.
If you do not have the original box, or for some reason the address is unreadable, please email us at admin@steponedanceshoes.com to get the correct return address for the warehouse.
How to return in-stock Fantasy Shoes:
(Fantasy shoes are identified by a 3- or 4-digit number, or with an "F07" prefix. Example "Ladies #242" OR "Ladies #F072005".) Fantasy shoes that were in stock (not a Custom or Special-Order) may be returned for exchange or refund (minus shipping), except for Clearance Items which are NOT returnable.
Returns of Fantasy shoes MUST have a Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the box, or they will NOT be accepted! If you need to return a pair of Fantasy shoes, please contact us immediately at admin@steponedanceshoes.com for your RA Number, and correct return address for the warehouse, BEFORE returning. Also they are very strict on the 30-day rule, so please be aware of this.
Please include a copy of the order invoice, and a note requesting refund or exchange. If exchanging, please note style #, color, heel height, and size you wish to exchange for (or you can also email this information to us, and we will inform the warehouse of your wishes). There are no restocking fees on in-stock Fantasy shoes.
How to return in-stock/Clearance Magic Shoes:
(Magic shoes are identified by name. Example: "Ramon" or "Julia.") Clearance or in-stock Magic shoes may be returned for exchange or refund (minus shipping + $10/pair restocking fee). If exchanging for a custom-made Magic shoe, this fee is waived, or will be deducted from your Custom shoe order (please contact us for a coupon code, if you have already returned a pair of Magic clearance shoes, but have not placed your Custom order yet).

How to return Custom Shoes:
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM SHOES ARE RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
Custom shoes may be EXCHANGED for another pair of Custom-made shoes ONLY. Exchanges of Custom shoes are subject to a $20/pair restocking fee.
